1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mindora - Personal Mental Wellness Companion iOS application ("App") developed by iCODE SQUAD. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The App & Its Purpose

Mindora - Personal Mental Wellness Companion is a wellness and mindfulness application designed to help users manage everyday stress. The App includes 2-minute micro-reset sessions, 7 Advanced Calming exercises, an AR Butterfly Garden, mood logging, weekly and monthly insights, and an achievement system.

3. User Accounts

Mindora uses secure OTP email authentication. By creating an account, you agree to provide a valid email address, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, notify us of unauthorized access, and not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mindora - Personal Mental Wellness Companion only for its intended wellness purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Use the App in any unlawful manner

5. Intellectual Property

The Mindora app's design, UI/UX, animations, achievement artwork, and original source code are the intellectual property of iCODE SQUAD, protected under applicable copyright laws.

Certain 3D models and audio assets used within the app are sourced from third-party creators and distributed under their respective free or open licences (such as Creative Commons or royalty-free licences). We gratefully acknowledge the work of those creators. These assets remain the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your personal Apple device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCODE SQUAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use by deleting the App and your account from the Profile tab. Changes to these Terms are effective when the "Last updated" date is revised.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
