How do I unlock a butterfly?
Mindora follows a unique 4-session lifecycle: Egg → Caterpillar → Pupa → Butterfly. After completing your 4th session in a cycle, you reach the Butterfly stage and permanently add a new, vibrant butterfly to your AR Garden. Start a new cycle immediately after.
Do I have to do long meditations?
Not at all. Mindora was built specifically for people who don't have time for 30-minute sessions. Our core toolkit focuses entirely on 2-minute micro-resets. We also offer 7 Advanced Calming exercises for deeper sessions when you want them.
Is my personal mood data private?
Absolutely. Your analytics, emotional trends, and profiles are encrypted securely via Supabase. We never sell data to third parties, health trackers, or ad brokers. You can delete all your data permanently from the Profile tab at any time.
Will my exercise stop if someone calls me?
Yes, gracefully. Mindora features Smart Session Pausing. If you receive a phone call, your breathing exercise or calming sound seamlessly pauses and waits for you to resume when you're ready.
