Privacy PolicyMindora automatically pauses if you receive a phone call and resumes when you're ready. If the session ended unexpectedly for another reason, force-quit the app and reopen it. Your progress is saved via Supabase.
Ensure good lighting in your environment — ARKit requires ambient light to track surfaces. Try pointing your camera at a flat, well-lit floor or table. If issues persist, close background apps and restart Mindora.
Check your inbox and spam folder first. Ensure you typed your email correctly. If still missing, wait 60 seconds and request a new OTP from the login screen.
This can happen if you log in on a new device while offline. Open the app with an active internet connection to trigger a sync. If data is still missing after 5 minutes, email us with your account email and we'll investigate.
The weekly chart populates after you log at least one mood entry using the 1–5 scale after a session. Complete a session, log your mood, then revisit the Insights tab. Data may take a moment to refresh.
Badge awards sync with the server. Pull-to-refresh on the Achievements screen or log out and back in to force a sync. If a specific achievement badge still doesn't appear, describe which badge and when you earned it in an email to us.
